Alyssa Michalsky is a professional harpist currently residing in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and performing in Toronto and throughout southeastern Ontario. She has performed at over 400 weddings and events since the age of 12.

Since beginning her study at the age of 5, she has performed with many groups and orchestras in Canada. Alyssa has also performed and competed internationally in such places as Los Angeles, California, Dublin, Ireland and Washington, Maryland, where she placed first in the National Scholarship Competition.

Alyssa is a graduate of the University of Toronto where she obtained a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Harp Performance under the tutelage of the world renowned harpist Judy Loman. Together with a flute player, Alyssa also has two classical recordings: *Divas*, a collection of operatic highlights and *Snow Angels*, a Christmas album.

Alyssa's diverse experience has allowed her to focus on a variety of harp styles. Her specialties include classical, jazz, and popular music where she can utilize her unique, electric harp. Alyssa is also a seasoned music teacher and offers private harp lessons at her home in Hamilton.
